Shipping policy
Terms and Conditions:
- Our parcels are sent through PostEx only. No other courier service will be used even on demand of customer.
- Watch will be dispatched after getting confirmation from Customer on CALL.
- If a customer fails to answer confirmation call, order will not be dispatched.
- Our All Parcels are allowed to open before payment.
- 3 days reporting time for return/exchange if you have any concerns regarding anything report us back within 48 to 72 hours after receiving.
- Return/Exchange policy will not be applied if the watch has been used and any wrapping is removed from the watch.
- Customer will have to send the watch first through Courier to our office we will examine first and then move further for refunding or exchanging.
- If your order is returned due to cancellation or unavailability. We won't send any order in future until the customer prepays first.
- Your watch contains 6 Months machine warranty. Any physical damage or color damage is not included in warranty, yet you may send it to us we will fix it.
- Premium Boxes are not Returnable or Exchangeable.
