Shipping policy

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Our parcels are sent through PostEx only. No other courier service will be used even on demand of customer.
  2. Watch will be dispatched after getting confirmation from Customer on CALL.
  3. If a customer fails to answer confirmation call, order will not be dispatched.
  4. Our All Parcels are allowed to open before payment.
  5. 3 days reporting time for return/exchange if you have any concerns regarding anything report us back within 48 to 72 hours after receiving.
  6. Return/Exchange policy will not be applied if the watch has been used and any wrapping is removed from the watch.
  7. Customer will have to send the watch first through Courier to our office we will examine first and then move further for refunding or exchanging.
  8. If your order is returned due to cancellation or unavailability. We won't send any order in future until the customer prepays first.
  9. Your watch contains 6 Months machine warranty. Any physical damage or color damage is not included in warranty, yet you may send it to us we will fix it.
  10. Premium Boxes are not Returnable or Exchangeable.
